This Privacy Policy is issued by Harmon and Otteson Dental, LLC and applies to Harmon and Otteson Dental, LLC and its commonly-owned affiliated practices, including Silver Mountain Dental (Harmon and Otteson Dental Bonanza, LLC), Neighborhood Dental, BestCare Dental, and Bellisima Dental (collectively, “we,” “us,” or “our”). The SMS/text-messaging program described below is operated by Harmon and Otteson Dental, LLC on behalf of these practices, including Silver Mountain Dental.
We collect the information you provide when you request an appointment: your name, mobile phone number, and the appointment-request details you submit through an appointment-request form — whether directly on our website or through a Facebook/Meta Lead Ad form presented on our behalf.
We use your information to contact you by SMS text message and phone to schedule, confirm, and follow up on the dental appointment you requested, and for related customer care.
If you answer one of our ads on Facebook with a Meta lead form, we receive the details you enter in that form: your name, your phone number, the best time to call you, and the offer you are interested in. Meta collects the form for us and passes it to us. We use these details to contact you by phone or SMS text message about the offer you asked about and to schedule, confirm, and follow up on your appointment, as described above. Meta’s own privacy policy governs what Meta does with your information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or your SMS/text-messaging consent to anyone.
We use service providers to operate our practice, our website, and our communications systems. Service providers act only on our behalf, may use information only to perform services for us, and may not use it for their own marketing or sell it.
